A seamless transition
Yvette was absolutely INCREDIBLE throughout the process of selling our Bird Key home and purchasing a Longboat Key condo. She made the process seamless, oversaw several pre-listing projects, kept in frequent contact, provided a quick response to our inquiries and communicated effectively with the necessary parties to ensure a successful transition. Most importantly, she truly cared about helping us find our perfect new home and provided valuable input as we weighed our options. I can’t say enough good things about her!
My dealings with Alison we’re both professional and very very nice! I can’t say enough about the quality of her service, caring and professionalism even though I bought a less expensive home learn a lot in the area. She gave me the same great service that she would give to $1 million home buyer. I can’t say enough good things about her!! If you have the chance to use her for your real estate agent I strongly recommend it. You can’t go wrong!

Excellent Representation
Candi Rosenthal was my realtor when I bought my condo and I wouldn't have chosen anyone else to represent me when I decided to sell. In this super heated market, Candi delivered superb service: fielding multiple offers, conferring with and counseling me, explaining pages and pages of documents, and overall providing the patient and calm presence I needed to close on the sale of my condo. It was a super fast closing (two weeks) and she made sure everything was in place to get it done. I cannot recommend Candi Rosenthal enough and encourage anyone interested in buying or selling to contact Candi Rosenthal.

Pleasant Persistence Pays....

Great Experience!
Yvette did a great job as the listing agent and was very persistent as we evaluated the more than one dozen purchase offers received. She also ensured that we chose the best one in terms of price and terms, as well as confidence in a transaction close. Yvette was always available and communicated closely with all involved parties to work through any issues that arose in the sale process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to work with a seller or buyer, especially on Bird Key where she lives and knows the market well.

SELLING AND BUYING WITH THE BEST REALTOR
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Janette through our home buying and selling process. Janette is very professional, thoughtful, responsive and thinks outside the box. Which I love! She is a master negotiator!! She sold our home in 3 hours over list price!! When you tell Janette what your criteria is she finds the perfect home which elevates seeing 20 houses. She took us to 3 homes because knew exactly what we wanted. She then zones in and finds it and we are done! It is absolutely the perfect homes! Janette was an absolute pleasure to work with.
