Janette has been my realtor for over 4 years and have done multiple buy and sell transactions with her. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring about the clients needs and gets great results. She works tirelessly for her clients until closing and remains friends with many of them. I have recommended several clients to Janette who are extremely satisfied.

Kelly's comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market in Sarasota gave us a lot of confidence in making decisions on both the sale and purchase of the homes involved. She was very pleasant to work with throughout the process.

Kelly was very attentive and knowledgeable about the Sarasota market. She helped us find the perfect condo for our first investment on the Gulf Coast. Kelly was always available to show the many properties that we wanted to tour and at times that fit our schedule. Kelly recommended and gave us current and detailed information about the market and available properties that met our interests. She helped us with full service attention from beginning and through to the closing on our condo. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a home in the Sarasota market.

Roger knows the market and the people he works with. If you are feeling stuck because you have an unusual property Roger can figure it out. Doesn’t always mean to drop the price to get it to sell.

Roger and his entire team were extremely professional and helpful. We sold a house on Bird Key and we are glad that we picked Roger as our realtor. He is very knowledgeable, made the entire process pleasant and easy, and his entire team is resourceful and able to assist with any of your needs. His and his team's communication was fantastic. We were impressed with the speed at which they worked, as well as the final selling price. I highly recommend Roger, and his numbers speak for themselves.
