Not any realtor
We had Scott find us our Florida home about 10 years ago. He made the search fun and educational, and we found the perfect place at a great price, with an easy closing. A decade later, we are ready for retirement community, and Scott once again was our go-to guy for the sale. He found our buyers before we even got it to market, at our asking price, and went way beyond the pale to assist us in all particulars; especially critical due to Covid and our being out of state for the entire process. By far the best of many realtors I've dealt with over the years.

Market knowledge and experience
With the real estate market on LBK what it is right now, with properties staying on the market hours or days instead of weeks or months and generating multiple offers, having a knowledgeable and experienced real estate team representing the buyer is paramount. Kelly Rosenberg and Roger Pettingell were our team for our recent condo purchase on LBK and they did a great job! Kelly did a Zoom meeting with us for our walk-through and found the answers to all our questions. She and Roger helped us structure our offer so that it was accepted. Dealing with a team of Pro's
I had one call with Roger who then based on our conversation determined that Kelly Rosenberg was the best agent from his team to help us out find our new home. Kelly was very professional, very responsive and nice to deal with. Based on our selection criteria she made a list of properties to visit which already included our new home. She will go the extra length working very late hours and assist you not only before and during the closing but will also help you out after the closing when needed. We highly reccommend Kelly and as such also Roger and his team. To the contrary of other real estate companies that we contacted, this team will contact you and follow up with you professionally in a timely matter.

My wife and I recently relocated to Sarasota from Chicago with our son. Alison helped us get to know Sarasota, learn the neighborhoods, and had recommendations for everything from the best parks for toddlers to contractors for renovations. She’s a one-stop-shop for relocation because she gets to know you and what you want, then knows exactly where to find it. We are going through an epic market rush at the moment and Alison always made time to squeeze us into “it just popped up!” showings. Alison is personable, friendly, the utmost professional and overall is just an amazing person to work with.
