Working with Kelly was a true pleasure! Her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding! I have recommended Kelly to several people that I know will be selling soon and I know they trust my judgment! Linda and Ted Zuczek

I recently listed my Bird Key home with Yvette Sellyn and was lucky to have six offers within two days, including four over list price. Although this result wasn’t necessarily a surprise, I was impressed with how well Yvette managed the offer process which has become more complex this year with use of escalation clauses and firm offer submittal dates. Yvette was fair and transparent to the prospective buyers in establishing the offer process and provided timely feedback to all parties. With the contract signed, Yvette worked hard to resolve any issues so that my sale could actually close ahead of schedule. Yvette has strong knowledge of the Sarasota real estate market, has been a pleasure to work with, and I would heartily recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property.

Judy has an Encyclopedic Knowledge of every Condominium building and development and many of the homes on Long Boat Key, and much of the Sarasota downtown area as well. Her courteous, easy-going approach makes trying to find the right location/home easy and fun. She obviously surrounds herself with the best lawyers/insurance agents/etc., so it’s a first-class experience.

Judy did an excellent job in such a tough market getting my family in the place of our dreams. She helped us cross a few bridges to get moved in. She is a very professional and top of the line agent. If she doesn’t have an answer she will within minutes, she will answer your call around the clock. She took a call from me while she was at dinner with her family. Bottom line, You will not find a better agent in Florida

I found out from a friend about Scott and it was an incredibly fortunate recommendation to say the least. I can't think of anyone more effective, professional, and friendly, not just in real estate, but in any profession than Scott Norris. He was there 100% for me, day and night, when I needed him. He sold our condo in less than a week (3 Days?) after it was listed, and for a considerable sum more than I would have asked. He completely took care of everything that came up or I couldn't handle myself - which was quite a bit. I couldn't possibly say enough good things or recommend anyone more highly than Scott.
