As first time home buyers with a VA loan we knew we had a battle ahead of us in the Sarasota market. From day one, Wendy was unbelievably positive and encouraging. While we are Florida native's my husband and I had been living in the DC area so we had to rely on Wendy and to be our eyes for each home we looked at.
