We have really enjoyed working with Monica on 3 very successful real estate transactions. Most recently, Monica assisted us with the sale of a rental property that we had owned for over 15 years. Monica provided us with a very accurate projection on what we might expect to sell our property for, which included great market data to support the projection. In addition, she made some very helpful recommendations on what we should and shouldn't spend money on to prepare the house to hit the market that really helped with the sale and also kept our costs down. We initially thought our home would sell quickly, but the combination of a changing market and lots of plot twists with buyers made it a more complicated process than we anticipated. Pam knows the local market very well and does a great job in listening to her clients in order to truly understand what they want (or don't want) and what their goals are. She doesn't try to push anything that conflicts with those goals. She is patient and thoughtful in her approach. In addition, when we (as the buyer) couldn't get the seller to be reasonable over some inspection items, and the deal was going sideways, Pam (and her partner, Janette) convinced the seller's agent to join them in contributing dollars out of their respective commissions to bridge the gap and find a way to get the parties to "yes". Finally, Pam was extremely helpful in coordinating all inspections, pre-closing contractor visits/estimates, etc. In short, Pam is a true professional who puts the client's needs first and does what is needed to close the deal.
