Pleasant and Professional.
Eileen and Brian are true professionals. They deftly handled the business of selling our home keeping the various real estate issues to the necessary few. They anticipated our needs and questions, constantly staying ahead of the curve. Not only fine realtors, but, fine people.

Great Experience
Once we decided to sell our unit Steve couldn’t have been more helpful. Are you in sold? The first day was on the market, even though we were in Europe. Steve handled the paperwork very expeditiously as we were having to do everything remotely. The whole process couldn’t have been easier. Steve I got a wonderful price for the unit and handled all the details.

Absolutely the Best - Highly Recommend!
We bought and sold with them. I would recommend on both sides. Brian was extremely professional, kind and exceptionally knowledgeable of the market. Aside from expert real estate information….Eileen and Brian went above and beyond meeting with our contractors, taking video footage, even picking up packages while we were doing our transactions from out of state. They know the area well and work so well with other realtors. They will get your deal done on either side!

Janette has been a trusted advisor going above and beyond what you would expect from a Real Estate agent. She personally identified a potential property, physically met and worked with the builder on my behalf and negotiated the best deal around when the market was in very high demand. She spent countless personal time making sure the property was secured for me when demand for houses in FL extremely outstripped supply. I could call it luck being at the right place at the right time, but I can't because I resided out of state doing all of this remotely... it was Janette who made sure she was at the right place at the right time to secure a rare opportunity.
