I am not someone that would normally sit down and write a detailed review but the Gillens are so deserving of praise. My family had a bad week of home searching in the Tampa area. I decided we needed a break from the stress and decided to go to the beach in Sarasota and somehow ended up in Armand Circle. We then walked by Coldwell Banker and my says “there is a guy sitting inside, let’s go talk to him”. I was apprehensive but little did I know at the time that this was one of the best suggestions my wife had ever made. Absolute truth, we walked in and immediately felt like we had a friend in Brian Gillen. It didn’t matter that we didn’t have an appointment, it didn’t matter that we had not even agreed to use him as an agent yet. He sat us down and listened to us, that’s right LISTENED.
