I Cannot Recommend Andree Highly Enough!
I have worked with Andree on several transactions in Sarasota. Each and every time she has been the consummate professional and her knowledge of the process of both buying and selling is incomparable. As an out of state seller, she kept on top of every detail, including checking on permits, following up with contractors, interfacing with my management company and keeping me totally informed at every step. If I ever purchase again in Sarasota I will not even think of contacting another Realtor! I will also recommend her to anyone else I know who is thinking of buying or selling in Sarasota.

First off Gi was willing to do whatever I needed to get the questions I asked answered. She would call people, she would drive to locations, she would FaceTime me and walk me through locations. I was in a completely different state, but knew Gi was looking to get me the best deal on a property. Anything she didn’t know, she researched and found out. Gi was kind, friendly and very professional. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Great real estate agent

Great agent for finding investment property!
