Jen Topjun was the realtor for the sale of my father's estate after he passed away. Jen's calm demeanor put me at ease during this stressful time. Not only was it a difficult time but I also live out of state. Jen went above and beyond to be available to assist in what ever I needed to get the home listed. Having interviewed multiple local realtors in Sarasota, I chose Elena to assist me with a house search and purchase while I was out of state, and I had no regrets. She was successful at helping me to get a house in this tough sellers’ market at the asked price with a nice seller’s credit applied towards my closing costs. Elena has been a pleasure to work with during the entire process and took a great care of my needs. I found her to be very experienced, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, positive, and supportive. She knows how to have your offer accepted, provides good guidance, shares cons and pros of various strategies and gives you various options to consider when making an offer. Elena doesn’t put any pressure on you and let you make a final decision. Also, she was very responsive and made herself always available either to show a house, place an offer or address any questions or obstacles faced during the process. She goes above and beyond to meet the client’s expectations. Additionally, she has a great network in the area and happily shared contacts of inspectors, closing agents, contractors, and others, which was very helpful to me given I was not local. I wish Elena success and look forward to working again in the future!

Shaune has been a god send. She has helped us navigate the current market. Which brought us a great sale on the property on Laurel Rd. She stuck on the price we needed. Then she found us a higher bid than what I really wanted from the property. So, after that she found us a really good deal on the 15 acres that we bought. I would say that Shaune is one of the only realtors that I have dealt with after firing the other realtors that I had used. She is always working the most on what her clients needs are. I would highly recommend Shaune will do anything for her clients .

I am so happy and pleased with my new home and the area where it's located. Andree is a very competent agent and is very knowledgeable regarding real estate in Florida.
