Jen is a wealth of knowledge in the Sarasota area she is a true local. She goes above and beyond what you expect a Realtor to do for you. But most importantly she makes you feel like family and looks out for your interests. Not someone just trying to sell you a house.

Ray knows the area well, has credibility in the community. He had to act fast in this rapid market to find the ideal small place perfect for me. As a worry wart, he assured me every step of the way, no details were too small. I felt confident he had my best interest at heart. Highly recommend!

Kara was extremely tentative and helpful throughout the whole process. In this current crazy seller's market, she was able to keep me grounded while remaining patient the whole time. In the end, we were able to negotiate and close on an amazing home. Couldn't ask for a better agent to close on my first home.

Ginger Wilson is an incredibly knowledgeable Real estate professional . She is efficient, and a great listener. She only showed me the houses that fit my goals and requirements. I am extremely happy with my new home and it’s mostly because of her efforts showing me the Sarasota area and focusing on the different details of each community to allow me to make an educated , informed decision .

Excellent communication throughout the process and the attention to detail from an agent with years of local market experience resulted in above listing final sale price. I would definitely use Jen again and highly recommend her.

Tina is an outstanding real estate agent. She helped me navigate my first home purchase and I couldn't be happier with the home I purchased. Tina is extremely knowledgable, prompt, and provided a level of service and dedication well beyond my expectations. Her understanding of the local Sarasota market is second to none which was evidenced in every interaction we had from meeting with other agents, inspectors, home insurers, etc. I highly recommend her and have already referred two buyers to her since January.

About 14 years ago Jennifer helped us find our condo at the Sarabande . It was a seamless purchase. This year we needed to sell. We contacted Jennifer and she helped with every phase of our sale. Because of Covid we were not able to travel to Florida to do any of the work to sell. Jennifer personally staged the condo and was instrumental in helping us get the unit ready for sale. Then she found the perfect buyer, helped us get ready for a move in 30 days, and oversaw the movers. We counted on Jennifer and trusted her and it was a wonderful gift for us in this very difficult year

Jen was my real estate agent 4 years ago when I moved back to Sarasota and bought my villa. She is professional , very knowledgeable and a people person. Jen goes above & beyond in every way . I wouldn’t have even considered working with another real estate agent when I was ready to sell my villa recently and move on to my next journey . My place sold in 2 weeks thanks to Jen!
