What a great job Elena did for us. The houses I was selling needed some TLC and I was in NY. Elena has hired and managed contractors who fixed the house in record time, plus i was low on cash so she negotiated contractors invoice to be paid at the closing. Amount of online efforts to promote the listing and the open houses was mind boggling and that effort have proven to be very effective. More, Elena knew exactly who would be "the right buyer" and when she found them she closed the deal. We signed the contract and had the closing two weeks later. Great job. End of story.

Loved working with Ben both buying and selling our house in 2020. A few months later, we decided to move out of state, for work. We immediately went back to Ben, and again he made the selling process as smooth as it could be.
