Kim and Vi Klee were there for me when I need help in selling Rosas home. They priced the villa correctly and they got a buyer for Rosas home within a day from when the property was listed. Vi handled all the paperwork and when a realtor would call to show the villa Kim would be there and open it up and make sure that all glass sliding door were open so the buyers could appreciate the canal views and to answer when needed. Jana Marie Is a gift. She is knowledgeable and pleasant and kind. Having to sell a house in a different state from the one that you live in can be very stressful. Especially since at the same time we were moving my mom to an assisted living facility. Not a fun time I can assure you! Jana took all the stress away. She went above and beyond what I think any real estate agent would ever do frankly because she is such a wonderful person. She guided us, shared her advice and experience without any pressure. She literally took money out of her own pocket to help stage, clean and present our house in the very best light.
