Gi was incredibly knowledgeable of the south florida area and very helpful in finding my new apartment. She went above and beyond, searching for and eventually finding a place for me. Very professional and kept me abreast daily of her findings. I would strongly recommend Gi to anyone!

Between learning about the area in a very short period of time, learning the nuances of florida transactions ( I'm an agent in New York) and fighting to get my deal the way I needed - Mark was a great buyers agent. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and a great strategist with getting a good deal.
Mark Klecka
I was introduced to Mark by a friend of mine who moved to siesta key a few years ago. As an out of town buyer, Mark could not have been more responsive to be our eyes and ears on new listings in the area. During an initial visit, Mark spent the entire day showing us the various neighborhoods in the Sarasota area. And when we went back North, with any listing that caught our eye, Mark was there to take a comprehensive video. When we found ‘the one’ Marks advice on making the offer and his handholding throughout the entire process was second to none. Especially if you are an out of town buyer, you need Mark and his team to be looking out for you. Our Realtor for life in Sarasota County. //Dave and Karen Winsko

I contacted Ben Nathan when I was searching for a home for my disabled relative. It was an emergency situation requiring a quick close. Once a perfect home was found, Benjamin, who is an experienced agent and a skilled negotiator, took over the process and expertly negotiated in a multiple offer situation bringing strategic ideas to close the deal and win over the competing buyer. In addition, Benjamin used a much appreciated tool he offers in presenting a clear and concise timeline for his clients to know what will occur during the next steps leading to final close. Because this, for the first time of real estate purchases, I was fully aware my responsibilities as well as what others would be doing as the transaction progressed and had a clear understanding of the process. This is invaluable in involving and educating his clients for such an important purchase. In addition, Benjamin was involved in the entire process with care and compassion. His intelligent understanding and appreciation for the needs of my family in time of crisis was deeply appreciated. This was invaluable in feeling secure in my choice of agent to handle such an important purchase. I felt secure throughout the process knowing I was in good hands. Benjamin always gave straight, honest answers to any questions that arose. Therefore, I highly recommend Benjamin Nathan for any important real estate transactions where experience, skill, intelligent problem solving and caring, compassionate personal service is preferred.

Christine has an amazing grasp of what her clients needs are. We have referred her services to several of our friends and family and she has been able to help all of them with their real estate desires. She goes above and beyond all our expectations as a realtor. No task is too menial or impossible for Christine. Best realtor ever!
Christine del Monte
Christine Del Monte, a realtor with Caldwell Banker, has been my connection through all of my real estate purchases for the last 10 years. Buying & selling. Sarasota and all the areas She has taken care of all the marketing details, prepared all documents, even negotiated a new sea wall for my new waterfront property in St Petersburg. She escorted me to many hidden gems along the coast. Efficient, lovely with a fabulous personality, she is the very best.

We contacted Christine when a villa of interest came up for sale. We were out of state, and admittedly somewhat skeptical if we had a chance to get a deal made. Immediately upon contacting Christine, she advised and guided us, visited the property, contacted the sellers agent and tenaciously pursued and watched out for our interests . Within days, with Christine's help, we had a plan for what we were willing to do to acquire the property. We followed Christine's recommendations and submitted our offer, knowing we'd be happy either way that we gave it a shot with what we'd be comfortable. In the end, we are the proud owner's the villa we'd been looking for. Christine was amazing and we can't thank her enough. Nothing like the real estate experience we were dreading. I was a delight, with no surprises. Larry and Beth

Christine is the finest example of a professional. She is the most hardworking realtor I’ve ever met and doesn’t stop at anything until her buyers get what they dream of! She’s in a class of her own.

Never really selling any property, Mark took care of everything for us. Educated me, answered every question, never letting me wait long. And best of all got me more money than I thought our condo was worth. He handled the closing like a pro. My wife and I are now proud to call Mark our friend, and our realtor.
