I can't say enough good things about Madeleine. She was always available for questions or concerns and never made us feel bad for having a thousand questions. Being first time buyers, we had no idea what we were getting into and Madeleine made every step so easy. She ensured that all dealings were done in our best interest and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks to her hard work and diligence, we closed 2 weeks earlier than originally expected! Madeline was selected by my sister to sell her condo in Bradenton. It was a complicated situation as my sister was dealing with health issues at her primary home on the west coast. Madeleine had to work through various family members including myself to bring a deal to a close, addressing how we could ensure signing on schedule, how to clean out the condo, remove the car, etc. There were numerous loose ends on the sellers part and Madeline navigated through these beautifully with our family. She was highly communicative, sharing the requisite details with all of us as needed. She made us feel calm and well cared for through the challenges we encountered on our sellers end. Ulrica was great. We were home shopping in Sarasota from New Jersey. She understood what we were looking for and only showed us homes that were relevant. She used face time to show us the prospective homes. Once we found something we were interested in, we flew to Sarasota. Ulrica arranged to get us live tour as soon as we landed. Given the competitive market, it was critical that we act fast. Ulrica counseled us on how to bid and how Florida laws work. Long story short, we got the house that day. Madeline was absolutely in the know, proactive, "get things done", and all that goes with the extensive knowledge of real estate transactions! Always prompt replies on texts & phone calls.
