I cannot begin to tell you how amazing Madeleine is. I've not only worked with her once, but she impressed me so much the first time, that I worked with her a second time. She is a warrior for her clients and has so much knowledge and professionalism - and also really knows the local area market and trends. I was so worried and stressed with selling, as I moved out of state right after I listed. Madeleine was in constant communication with me and was also able to handle my concerns so well! If she tells you to trust her - trust her! She was always right! My only regret is that I've moved out of her area so I won't be able to use her for my next house!

I wasn’t sure about using a realtor on the sell of my property, driving around nice neighborhoods in Sarasota I saw Chads “For Sell” signs in many beautiful properties, so I figured he was doing something right. All it took was one phone call to click with him. He listed my house for a price that I thought it was a little aggressive and I trusted him. We were under contact in less than 30 days, I was surprised and very happy about that. We closed in less than 60 days since the house was listed and I know I have a realtor for life.
