Being new to the state and having a not so pleasant experience with an agent we met last year "2022" at a festival. We felt that we were not in her best interests to say the least. I contacted my selling agent from our former property in the Midwest. She took the initiative to research for us and locate an agent that she thought would be the best fit, and she Definity did. From our first telephone conversation to the day of closing and even after closing Andree has always been available for us, pretty much took us by the hand and led us down a beautiful path. Andree put together a strategic plan and executed it flawlessly. The process and her scheduling was relaxing and we never felt overwhelmed or exhausted. Andree's knowledge extended past the real estate transaction, as i mentioned we are from the Midwest and do not have any contacts for venders within the area, who can you trust when you just don't know. Andree didn't recommend one but multiples for us to choose from, that was nice having the option from someone with such a broad knowledge of the area. Still to this day, weeks after closing she still excepts my calls immediately and takes her time to assist and answer questions pertaining to things we just don't know being the new kids on the block. Simple words can't express our gratitude and appreciation we have towards Andree. I have said i will never want to do this again, relocation, move, sell or buy, but if we do we will be reaching out for Andree's guidance once again.
