We cannot speak highly enough of our real estate agent, Elena Mitchell. As out-of-state buyers moving to Sarasota, we were initially overwhelmed by the process as we didn’t know much about how different neighborhoods differ. Elena was an absolute lifesaver from the very beginning. She took her time (almost two full days) to show us different properties in different areas of the area – both resale and new construction ones. She explained pros and cons of each neighborhood.
