I had a very pleasant experience with Nicole. The house was on the market for 3 hours, we had a showing within 4 hours, and had a contract within 8 hours. We closed within 2 weeks and moved in to our dream home. Nicole made it happen and stayed in touch every step of the way. Nicole took away all the stress from the entire process. She set up contractors as need and continually checked in to ensure all tasks were on track, which I needed. Trent Davis made the buying experience for us as easy as it could possibly be. He was patient with us as we saw house after house and assured us that when the when the house was "for us, we would know." His communication is excellent and always responded back in a timely manner. If he was going to go out of town or be unavailable he would always let us know ahead of time. He was great at helping us determine what is a far price to come in and also understand where the market is right now. Currently, we are settling in our new home and it would not have been possible without Trent. He even offered to help us move. You can't get any better service than that. We have worked with other relators in the past and Trent is by far, the best out there.

It is hard to even put into words how much my family and I appreciate Nicole for all that she did in helping us purchase our first home. Even when things seemed to go downhill and we felt hopeless in the process, Nicole did not give up. She diligently searched and searched and found options and contacted every resource available to make this possible for us. Nicole was always available for us and scheduled viewings as soon as possible. She never hesitated to contact the listing agents about any questions or concerns we had. Before we even stepped into a viewing, she had so much information available for us about the home, property and neighborhood. Nicole is an amazing realtor. She was cheerful every step of the way, and we had her running all over from Riverview to Lakeland. Nicole was always ready with information about each house we went to, did research on all the things such as when the a/c unit was updated, if it had a new roof, etc. After going to a few houses and pointing out what we did and didn't like, Nicole had started to help us narrow down some places we wanted to see. There was one property that didn't have but 2 pics, she felt that might like it and went out and took more pics to see if we wanted to check it out. Brooks is a professional realtor in every sense of the word.
