Nicole was such a great person to work with. She was very responsive and helpful to any answers we needed. When it came to needing an extension for our property, she really saved the day and truly convinced the original owners to accept our extension offer. After we closed, we met the property owners and the husband said he really didn’t want to accept the extension because he’s had that happen before and the contract fall through. But Nicole was very persuasive and so sincere in why we needed this property ( it is neighboring my parents home) and she was able to pull it off. I would highly recommend using Nicole for any of your realtor needs.

Mary Odum is a great realtor for following 3 reasons: 1. She is VERY responsive to text messages/email. Practically no waiting time regardless of when I contacted her. 2. She is knowledgeable. This is in terms of properties, people, and the business. She knew what houses I wanted, had recommendations when I needed inspectors, and kept me up to date with what I had to do. 3. Most importantly. SHE CARES! It is obvious how important it is to her that you get the house you want in the correct situation, no fast talking all solid fact based information. When working with Mary it feels like she would walk a tight rope for me.
