I met Randy at a church function. I had interviewed other agents but no one seemed “right” until I met Randy. He helped me get my house ready to see. I’m an older lady with some issues, and this was something I couldn’t do alone. Randy was with me every step of the way. The feds raised interest the day after we listed… However Randy was positive and always at the ready. He has a long list of contacts, for any service we might have needed and all were excellent and reasonable. I was beyond pleased. Randy was with me every step of the way. Louise is very professional and readily sees obstacles in the way She is a great problem-solver. At times I was frustrated with the H.O.A. and made things worse by the wrong action.
