Where to begin? I was living in Massachusetts and trying to find a home SOMEWHERE on the West Coast of Florida! After clicking away & being flooded by agents & their calls, it was Jonathan’s kindness that made me believe I’d found the right team to help me out! I was right! Jonathan drove wherever the house of interest was! Guiding me into safe neighborhoods. He would FaceTime me & show me every inch of the house & pointing out the positives & any concerns he saw. He showed up for all inspections with his awesome inspector John! After 3 terrible inspections, 100’s of miles traveled, Susan’s endless paperwork, we found the one! But their help didn’t end there! There were pool companies, cleaners, painters, & pest control companies to choose from! Jonathan & Susan connected me to incredible people! Another win! Another sign I’d chose the right team! Louise is so easy to work with. Her friendliness and sweet demeanor is a plus. She knows this business inside and out.
