She cares about her Clients
I worked with Maria for longer than I anticipated. First we bought land, then we went thru Covid, inventory supply issues, lack of laborers and finally thru Hurricane Ian. She made the process of looking easy. She presented what we were looking for and didn't try to slip in the homes of low interest. Even with low home supplies, she continued to search for us. We lived in WI and she would go visit a potential home and face time us. We did have one home fall thru due to a poor inspection, she could have swayed us to negotiate but she encouraged us to go with our gut. Between the purchase of the land and then building of a home in a different location, we worked with Maria for 2 years, when the home closed. By the time of closing, she was like family. I highly recommend her for her integrity, her responsiveness, her ability to listen and to execute what she hears.

Tyler Shanahan entered our lives quite by accident in February, 2022. Nick and I were in Lakewood Ranch exploring the real estate opportunities to relocate from Maryland. Tyler was our perfect "tour guide"! His kindness, professionalism, knowledge of the area and overall interest in what we wanted lead us to a final decision to build our forever new home in Lakehouse Cove. Tyler was along side us every step of the way, before we moved to Florida and after we relocated. His support and friendship truly helped us navigate this new home building process. We closed on our beautiful new home on October 19th and we were thrilled to have Tyler with us to celebrate this final step! Mrs. Bruck is awesome!
We were purchasing a home in Wesley Chapel, Fl, and Krystle was very knowledgeable about the area. She helped us through all aspects of buying from negotiating the price to a couple of surprise during the final walk through. She is a true professional.
