After researching Realtors in my area for their market knowledge I found Holly at the top. During the most stressful time of my life, losing my husband, Holly guided me through selling our home and downsizing to a villa. She was there for me every step of the way, answering myriad of questions, always returning phone calls and texts in a timely manner, if she couldn't be there one of her competent team members would be. Sometimes just her smile and sunny personality would make my day. The selling of our home went so smoothly, in less than a week. Looking for a villa was a bit more difficult but Holly knew me and knew what I wanted. We looked at many communities and she was quite frank with me. I would sometimes overlook things that were obvious to Holly. The same with looking at villas. Well, I ended up in a lovely community in a perfect villa by listening to the wise advice of Holly and her team. I cannot praise Holly Pascarella enough!!

We worked with Brenda to find a home in the greater Tampa area and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From the beginning all the way on through to closing Brenda was by our side to answer any questions and show us every property we had interest in. It was no doubt a journey in this current market however Brenda’s support was unwavering and we eventually found our dream home! I don’t believe this process would’ve been possible without her. Our jobs are very busy making it difficult to always be on top of deadlines and communications with lenders/title but this was not an issue with Brenda. She worked diligently as a liaison between all parties allowing for us to simply enjoy house hunting and the proceedings there after. The hardest part was figuring out where to hang the TV! Would certainly use her services in the future and highly recommend any others to do the same!
