Joe was exceptional to work with. He knows everything you need to know when looking for real state in Sarasota area. Judy is one of the best real estate agents in Florida
Judy was a superstar in selling our house in what was and continues to be a pretty tough real estate market. Our property was on the higher end price-wise in a neighborhood that had quite a few other listings. Judy jumped right in with some solid advice on how to highlight our home's best features. She got busy rearranging our furniture and decorations, and told us what we needed to do and honestly, in the end the house looked amazing – it really did 'sparkle', in her own words! When a serious buyer came along, Judy was absolutely crucial in closing the deal. She is a great negotiator, and managed to find the right deal that worked for everyone. It's worth mentioning that with Judy's help our home sold within a few months, while other homes in the neighborhood are still on the market.
