Angela is the best! She located a great variety of properties in our budget for us to see and was flexible with our schedule for showings. We weren’t very familiar with the Port Charlotte and North Port area and Angela was able to tell us the proximity to different amenities in every area we looked in and she gave us more specific information about the neighborhoods too. We purchased our home from a builder and had an issue with an item. Mary, on our behalf tried to negotiate with the builder to correct the problem. The builder did not correct it, however Mary was very supportive for us. As we are from out of the country she provided assistance in clarifying U.S. and Florida regulations in regards to real estate. Any questions we had, real estate or other, if she was not able to answer Mary would find it or direct us to the resource. She went the extra mile to help us. Mary was wonderful to work with and we highly recommend her an agent and would differently obtain her services if needed.

Mary is a wonderful person who works very hard for her clients. Always professional, and she really understands the local market. My family moved here from the North East and while we had made up our minds to move to Venice, we were not familiar with the different areas.
