We tried to sell our home in Venice, FL for almost 2 years with no success. This was not due to it being priced wrong or that it did not have eye appeal. It was due to the market and availability of many homes in our area, and us not wanting to take a beating on the price. It was a buyers market. We enlisted Betty Rucci as our third agent, giving the first two agents one year each to accomplish the job they were hired to do. From the moment we met Betty, my husband and I knew she was the one to help in selling our home and purchasing a new home. Open houses went off without a hitch,  her attention to detail was always spot on and most importantly she kept us up to date on everything that was happening.
