Laura is an amazing agent! We listed my condo at the top of the market value, and not only did she get 9 offers in a couple of days, it wound up selling for $35,000 above listing price! She handled all negotiating with the potential buyers, and once we had an accepted offer, she took care of all the details. Things went so smoothly, the transaction closed in about a month. Her extensive knowledge of the Tampa bay area, and contacts for things like minor repairs etc, made the entire transaction move incredibly smooth, even though I was in New York the entire time. I've sold many properties in the past, but Laura was by far the best agent I've worked with. I HIGHLY recommend her, she did an amazing job!!

I found Jason on FB taking a huge chance on someone who was not referred by someone I know. From the very first conversation, he was very accommodating, took time to understand what I needed and looking for, and was able to guide me through the process of finding and purchasing my first duplex.
