Linda Durham is fantastic! She’s a highly professional, knowledgeable realtor and so much more. I appreciated her very professional demeanor and dress, which showed how seriously she took her job. She’s cordial, cooperative, accessible and ready to work for you when you need her, without making excuses. I worked with a number of realtors during the recent insane real estate market. They mostly petered out after a few attempts, were less than honest about a property, or weren’t willing to do video showings. Linda stuck with me until I found a house, and that was no easy feat, especially because I lived out of town. Believe me, you won’t be sorry that you made the decision to work with her. I met Lorette at the first open house I attended. She was warm, personable and I just got a good feeling from her. So I trusted my gut and hired her to be my buyer's agent - and I thank my lucky stars I did. She was not interested in getting me into a house, she wanted to be sure I was getting the RIGHT house FOR ME. We always talked through any concerns I had, she was great at explaining why things worked certain ways (translated Florida to this Northerner) and if she saw things that didn't look right she'd point them out and say "This isn't right. I don't want you buying this house." In the end, she found me exactly what I wanted - a small concrete block house with a nicely fenced-in yard within my budget. Quite a feat in this market. Since then she's also found me a company that rehabs terrazzo floors and an AC repair when mine went out. Most importantly, I think I found a friend for life in Lorette. She truly cares about people and wants the best for them. HIRE HER ALREADY. You won't regret it.

Lisa assisted us with the purchase of our new home which was complicated by the fact that we were out of state for a large portion of the process. She dedicated 6 days to us doing nothing but visiting properties while we were in town. She was honest regarding the market and what we could expect to pay as well as guiding us closely so that we were not overpaying for our new home. She closely listened to us as far as what we needed in a home and never stopped working on our behalf to find the perfect home. In such a competitive market, properties routinely would sell before we could view or receive multiple offers. She was quick to find new homes for us to view when others would go under contract and guided us closely as far as crafting competitive offers. I truly believe we would not have found or been as competitive in the buying process without Lisa's attention to detail and her vast real estate experience. Once we found our forever home, she kept us informed daily regarding everything we needed to ensure a smooth closing and property transfer. She repeatedly visited our new home to ensure that all inspections and walk throughs were completed on a timely basis and ensured that everything was ready for our move in date.
