First met Linda when she was selling our neighbor's home across the street. Our home was not yet on the market, but she came over, introduced herself and left me a card. Linda Fleischer is the best Realtor we have ever worked with! She knew our market area very well. She suggested the selling price and sold our home at that full market price! Linda did not price our property low to make a quick sale as some other realtors do - she advertised and worked hard to get as many showings as possible the first few days of our house coming onto the market. She told us what we needed to do to improve our house and also found us reasonably priced workers to help do those improvements! She staged our home, took incredible pictures, worked very hard making many phone calls and had numerous showings. The result was a signed contract in 4 days and a closing in less than 30 days!!
