Mrs. Clark was in Tampa and my house was in Oldsmar, but I lived in Homosassa, 60 miles north of Tampa, Mrs. Clark did not see that as a problem and was alwas proactive in taking care of signing documents, meeting with other staff members in Coldwell Banker in Homosass, Fl. As I am an exrealtor with 15 years experience, I know a good agent by the expediancy of answering my question, getting back with me the showing experience etc. We also had a tenant who did not want to move and had not been the Martha Stewart, we had wished for in a tenant and the home was not clean or staged like other townhouses of the Oldsmar area. Mrs Clark was not deterred and got tenant to clean up home. Mrs. Clark got me full price for my home, all cash Mrs Clark was very patient and kind to the tenant and also appeased the buyer who hung in there.
