I first met Yvonne when I purchased my house in St. Pete. She was resourceful, responsive, and accommodating to my schedule. She would find the houses to show me as well schedule ones that I found myself. I found the home of my dreams. Then a few years later, I was moving again for a job promotion and needed to sell my home. I reached out to Yvonne to help with that. Again, she was very accommodating. One of the problems I ran into was me moving out of state. Yvonne helped orchestrate any repairs that were needed. She met the contractor to get the repairs done. She was a life savior during a stressful time when I moved to a different state and trying to find a new house in a new state. Yvonne went above and beyond!

Terril helped us buy a new townhouse and earned the right to handle the sale of our condo. Met him at an open house and he stayed engaged with us for months until we found what we wanted to buy. Connected us with everyone we needed on both ends for inspections, title, insurance, etc. He stayed on top of everyone every day to make sure both closings happened as scheduled.
