I highly recommend Bob to anyone looking to buy or sell your home! He works all hours of the day and is willing to fight for everything to suit all your needs. He worked with us through a very, very long home buying journey. He was willing to go look at homes in our behalf while we were out of town. Bob is an amazing agent! If you ever have questions, he will help! Thanks for all your help!!

Aaron was engaged every step of the way. He made selling our home as painless an experience as is probably possible. Aaron gave us great advice and was a tireless advocate for us through all of the showings, offers, negotiations, and all the way through closing. If we ever buy or sell a house again in the Tampa area, we’ll definitely ask Aaron to be our realtor.

We can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Jenny Hughes. We were out of state homebuyers with limited time to look at properties, but Jenny did a great job of lining up showings and tailoring them to exactly what we wanted to see. We focused on a few different neighborhoods for our search, and Jenny’s knowledge of each was invaluable to us. After we selected the home that we wanted to purchase, Jenny’s insights helped to save us both time and money, and also ensure our offer was accepted by the sellers. Afterwards, she continued to assist and guide us through the home purchase process while we were still out of state. She saved us a lot of time and headache, and was a staunch advocate for us the entire way. We truly enjoyed the entire experience with Jenny and would strongly recommend her. She was truly professional, of course, but also made the whole process fun at the same time!

After my father passed away I was left in charge of selling the family home. It was a stressful and emotional time. I signed Rebecca Pizzo to be the selling agent for our home and I’m SO glad I did. Ever the professional who knows her business, she’s also a true delight to be around and alleviated a lot of my stress just by being a fun, caring and compassionate person! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and the house was being shown in its best light, frequently. She’s communicative and smart. She will get your house SOLD. I have no doubt, if you are a buyer, she will get you the best deal on the property of your dreams. I very highly recommend REBECCA PIZZO to be your agent. You won’t be disappointed...and you’ll surely walk away having made a good friend in the process.

As first time homebuyers, we didn’t fully know what to expect in this process, but with Jennifer’s guidance and patience to answer every question we had, the process was easy. Jennifer’s personality made us feel at ease and she has a great network of folks that helped us since our connections were limited in the St. Pete area. Her passion for what she does made the process more fun, and she was really able to advocate for us to make sure we were completely comfortable and happy in the purchase, ensuring we negotiated things that were important to us. She is also without a doubt our go to Florida landscaping guru! Highly recommend working with Jennifer!

We had a home that had been sitting vacant for several years and was not in the best condition. Becky understood the market in the area an knew who to pursue as potential buyers. The house was sold for more than I had expected to get. Very happy with how Becky handled the entire process.

I had the privilege of working with Rebecca when I was looking to buy a condo. She was a professional in every way possible. She took the time to show me all of the properties that I had chosen to see and explained the home buying process completely. When I had questions, she didn’t hesitate to get back to me with the answers. I found Rebecca to be the best choice I could have made when looking for my perfect retirement condo. I whole heartily recommend her services to anyone seeking to buy ,whether a home or a condo.

Yvonne did a nice job negotiating with the bank on this particular Bank owned property. There were times where I wanted to go higher on the bid but she kept me firm in order to get the best deal. She was extremely thorough and transparent. I would highly recommend Yvonne to friends and family. I look forward to working with her again.
