I strongly recommend Jennifer as your future real estate agent! We had moved out of the state while we were selling our home, but Jennifer made it easier for us by watching after the home and having our lawn mowed, etc. She always kept us up to date on everything (for example, potential buyers), and always responded to our concerns promptly and conscientiously! Jennifer was also very helpful with negotiations and helping us close the sale.

I met Teri at an open house about 6 years ago. At that time she made me feel comfortable. I believe that if you feel comfortable, and trusting of some one, that it should be cultivated. Thus began our journey with Teri. Teri knew I wanted to sell our home, my husband humored me...he had absolutely no desire to sell. The more we both got to know Teri , the more we could see her knowledge of not only real estate, but life . She was warm, kind, and caring. I know you might say, "She was just cultivating business", but that is not what we experienced. Believe me when I say my hubby was not a trusting person, yet he placed a great deal of trust in Teri.
