Yvonne did a nice job negotiating with the bank on this particular Bank owned property. There were times where I wanted to go higher on the bid but she kept me firm in order to get the best deal. Linda is an exceptional realtor. I could not imagine a better experience. She is always there to answer questions via text or calls at any hour. Linda is such a professional. She just let us look and we would tell her if we liked it or not and that was that. She doesn't push to sell a house or day any remarks on your decisions. James was fantastic with helping us go through with our sale. We were assisting my mother with the sale of her condo, and she could be very....trying. James was extremely patient with her and us, and very accommodating to our schedules. He got the showing list very quickly, and had excellent advise on how to improve our chances of selling. We had a cash buyer back out due to his own property failing to sell, which left us in a flail. James stepped in and got things right back on track, and we had the property sold shortly after.

Really great across the board. Chuck knew the markets, what was fair from a housing perspective and wasn't afraid to tell me if a house wasn't worth the money. A very refreshing experience compared to the "salesy" approach that I have gotten from other real estate agents. Highly recommend!
