Amanda Justus is the best realtor I have worked with. We had a GREAT experience with her from start to finish. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. From our first meeting she explained everything in detail regarding the sale of our house. She managed our expectations by showing us comps in the area and making sure that we knew it was a buyers market. She regularly held an open house to bring traffic to our house and did and excellent job with our listing and photos. She somehow managed to sell our house during the summer which is the slowest time to sell a home in an over 55 community. Amanda is lovely and kind. She answered all of our questions and always made herself available whenever we needed her. I would highly recommend you call Coldwell banker in Palm Harbor and ask for Amanda Justus to sell your home and thank me later!

We selected Amanda from a pool of well qualified agents because of her demonstrated knowledge of the local market and ability to explain changes in the selling process since our last time more than 25 years ago. Shortly after signing up, sales slowed dramatically, but advice in responding to the changing market brought success. Structuring the counteroffer helped to identify a more qualified buyer and with a much earlier closing. Solid explanations of the various documents from start to finish. Very calm and deliberate through what can be an emotional process. Highly recommend

Karen is very professional, personable, knowledgeable and has great communication skills. It took a couple of months for me to find the right condominium, and she was there with me all the way, answering all of my questions and helping me with decisions when I needed her input. Karen is very organized and when we reached the time that I had a signed contract, she gave me a "to do list" with the order of all the tasks I needed to accomplish before closing and followed up with daily reminders. My closing was completed without a hitch a week earlier than originally planned. Karen is very professional, with a personal touch. She is the best!!

The house we sold was vacant, but Jasmin checked on it regularly and kept us in the loop when unexpected things would come up. She is excellent with communication, provided us with weekly updates, and let us know how each open house went. She is knowledgeable of the market, has the negotiating skills, is very patient, and is just an overall nice person. My family owns multiple rental homes in the Tampa/Lutz area, and we have worked with other agents in the past, but have never been happy.
