Our home selling experience with Michael was excellent! From the moment we agreed to the listing, Michael continuously exceeded our expectations. Jim’s vast knowledge of the South Charlotte area was key to helping us find the perfect home! He is from the area, he knows the schools, neighborhoods, and the builders. He also knows the businesses, restaurants, & shopping in all areas of Charlotte. He asked questions and actually listened to my answers …. even when I would change my mind time and time again. Clearly, Jim was patient with me and kept me focused on my needs and helped me from going off the deep end numerous times. Jim was fast to reply to all my calls, emails, & texts. I would send an email in the middle of the night and Jim would have an answer and a plan to address my email before I even got up the next morning. Mr. Dove is amazing!! As first time sellers, we were pretty nervous about the whole process - but his promptness, knowledge of the market, and good energy made a potentially chaotic situation super simple. Mr. Dove was very patient with us, which was nice with our crazy work schedules and kids. His cool and calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave us the confidence that he would get the job done - and boy did he! If we were worried about anything, he would say “don’t worry, I got it.” And he would really have it. We cannot say enough good things about working with him. I recommend him to anyone that mentions buying or selling. I would also like to add that we sold our house about 4 months ago and he STILL replies when I have questions.
