Ellen Colitti was AMAZING!! Every detail of my experience with Ellen could not have been better! Her knowledge of the local Charlotte market, her professionalism in meeting with property managers and contractors to ensure the smooth process in selling my townhome, and her reliability in making sure every detail was covered, was by far the best real estate transaction I have been a part of! Because the property was out of state for me, Ellen met with vendors and contractors and provided quick updates to all involved as to next steps in the process. The property was renovated for several weeks prior to the sale and any item that was needed at Lowe's or measurements to be taken for the contractor, Ellen was on top of. Her work with the closing team was also exceptional! Any questions I had, she would follow up and of course, with a quick reply. And to have an offer within two days was the best bonus! I highly recommend Ellen, she is AWESOME!!

Stephanie was are agent for approximately 2yrs . One year from a distance , Connecticut . She was not pushing us to make a purchase if we were not sure . She knew what we were looking for and aimed to execute . She then found a rental for us in Charlotte ,NC so we would have accessibility to viewing more of a range of areas as we had sold our home in Connecticut . My situation was a lot less challenging than I thought it would be. I was moving from New England to Myrtle Beach - South Carolina in a rather quick turn around. I flew down to explore some properties and was put in contact with Dean Nikodemski. From the minute we connected he was professional, efficient, and he provided me exactly what I was asking for to help alleviate the typical stress that comes with a move like mine. After narrowing down my searches, he was diligent and aggressive in the offering process. He made sure I got the best deal possible and took no shortcuts in ensuring the sellers did their part and met the expectations. He also put a lot of effort to keep me looped in on all updates that occurred from a distance, and gave me excellent references on people to contact for funding. His knowledge of the area, the people, and the community really stood out and made it a 10/10 experience. I would recommend anyone who wants to explore property in SC or NC to give Dean the reigns and let him prove himself like he did to me. My only regret is that I can only give him 5 stars, but he certainly earned more. Thank you again Dean!

Mills Davis was the perfect realtor for me. When doing the initial walkthrough of the house, he was completely honest about which improvements were worth doing and what could be left as is. He personally did some of the tasks that were beyond my scope and found honest, fair contractors to handle the rest. His valuation of the property was right in line with the other realtors who had viewed the property. His company took beautiful pictures that highlighted all the features of the house and land and looked great both in the online listing and in the on-site brochure. The first day the house was listed we had multiple offers, several of which were above asking. When we sat down to discuss the offers, he listened to my concerns and helped me to decide which to go with, never pressuring, just asking questions that helped me choose the offer that worked best for me. He hung tight with me through the roller coaster ride to closing and I left North Carolina more than happy with how the sale went.
