My situation was a lot less challenging than I thought it would be. I was moving from New England to Myrtle Beach - South Carolina in a rather quick turn around. I flew down to explore some properties and was put in contact with Dean Nikodemski. From the minute we connected he was professional, efficient, and he provided me exactly what I was asking for to help alleviate the typical stress that comes with a move like mine. After narrowing down my searches, he was diligent and aggressive in the offering process. He made sure I got the best deal possible and took no shortcuts in ensuring the sellers did their part and met the expectations. He also put a lot of effort to keep me looped in on all updates that occurred from a distance, and gave me excellent references on people to contact for funding. His knowledge of the area, the people, and the community really stood out and made it a 10/10 experience. I would recommend anyone who wants to explore property in SC or NC to give Dean the reigns and let him prove himself like he did to me. My only regret is that I can only give him 5 stars, but he certainly earned more. Thank you again Dean!
