Hi there, my name is AnnMarie Leslie and I am an experienced Realtor® here at Coldwell Banker Realty in Mooresville, North Carolina! Originally from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, I started my Real Estate career working for a Commercial Real Estate Company, a Title Company and a Real Estate Attorney, before teaming up with my mother, as a full-time Realtor in 1995. I’ve since continued my Real Estate career after my family and I relocated to North Carolina in 2007. For more than 30 years, I have been involved with Real Estate in one way or another! I have three grown girls with careers in Real Estate, Mortgage Lending, and Marketing! I also have a son who is currently attending high school in the Iredell/Statesville school district. We all enjoy being on Lake Norman together, going to concerts, visiting great restaurants in Charlotte, attending Nascar races in Concord, riding dirt bikes, going to the mountains, and visiting the Carolina beaches! All of these activities are made possible by how centrally located Lake Norman & Charlotte are to these great areas and attractions! Dedicated and experienced!

AnnMarie is easily one of the most dedicated people I know. I had questions pop up constantly and she was always there to answer, and with an optimistic and excited attitude.
