Jim’s vast knowledge of the South Charlotte area was key to helping us find the perfect home! He is from the area, he knows the schools, neighborhoods, and the builders. He also knows the businesses, restaurants, & shopping in all areas of Charlotte. He asked questions and actually listened to my answers …. even when I would change my mind time and time again. Clearly, Jim was patient with me and kept me focused on my needs and helped me from going off the deep end numerous times. Jim was fast to reply to all my calls, emails, & texts. I would send an email in the middle of the night and Jim would have an answer and a plan to address my email before I even got up the next morning.
