I compared the 3 companies I'd narrowed my search to. I based my decision on the professionalism (from the very first call), the marketing reach, the entire marketing plan for our house, the track record of sales in a saturated market, and the intimate knowledge of the island. We really can't say enough about how wonderful Thomas has been through this sale. Our father passed away in the middle of the home being on the market, which certainly added to our stress, but Thomas was there for us and really guided us through every decision we had to make. I think we did the best we could in an over-saturated market. Thomas Kersey, our Realtor, was excellent and worked hard for us. We were selling our parent's home and dealing with all from long distance. Thomas made it smooth and easy, was always available for our myriad questions, and even helped with a lot of local help and knowledge. I would only recommend Engle andVolkers.

Mr. Kersey helped me sell a home which I did not live in and was several hours away. He not only sold my house in a short period of time, but went above and beyond the duties of a realtor. John Fee is an extraordinary and talented realtor who does go above and beyond your expectations to help obtain just the home you are looking to buy. We were in a hurry to purchase a home and after viewing only a couple he led us to ours. With John's helpful guidance we were able to secure the bid and landed up getting the home for less than asking price! John also got our closing date moved up by two weeks which we requested and it helped us get needed repairs done before our move in date.
