He had a plan and made beautiful pictures that showed my house in the best way possible. He continually kept me informed and knew exactly how to make things happen. Thomas is a phenomenal agent who went above and beyond what we could have expected. He would keep us informed of any progress or changes throughout our entire house selling/buying experience. My husband and I have now worked with Thomas twice, we choose him again after the first time we worked with him because he was awesome. I am very happy we choose to work with him again because the recent sell/purchase of our home could have gone a lot differently had we not used Thomas. Thomas Kersey is So great! He helped us buy and sell a home in Bluffton. Thomas did a great job of keeping us up to date on the Market Analysis during the sale process which was very helpful to see! He was so easy to work with and it was always very easy to get in touch with him. Thomas went above and beyond to get us a sale in a Market that was a little more difficult to sell. He is very kind and we can’t say enough good things about him. If we ever have another house in Bluffton he would be our first choice! Thomas helped us with our first home purchase and we loved his work ethic even on our cheap starter home. We felt like he gave us the same attention and support as someone buying a million dollar home so there was no question that we would use Thomas this time. We just finished our 3rd transaction with Thomas by selling and buying a new home and we have had nothing but the best experience. Thomas always responded promptly to our concerns and went out of his way many times to keep the ball rolling where others in the process had dropped things through the cracks. He always kept us up to date as soon as he heard from lenders, buyers, agents and was very patient with us when we would get antsy from not hearing anything for a while. I compared the 3 companies I'd narrowed my search to. I based my decision on the professionalism (from the very first call), the marketing reach, the entire marketing plan for our house, the track record of sales in a saturated market, and the intimate knowledge of the island. We really can't say enough about how wonderful Thomas has been through this sale. Our father passed away in the middle of the home being on the market, which certainly added to our stress, but Thomas was there for us and really guided us through every decision we had to make. I think we did the best we could in an over-saturated market. Thomas Kersey, our Realtor, was excellent and worked hard for us. We were selling our parent's home and dealing with all from long distance. Thomas made it smooth and easy, was always available for our myriad questions, and even helped with a lot of local help and knowledge. I would only recommend Engle andVolkers.
