Thomas Kersey was the best realtor I could have ever gone with. Our sitiation was very difficult, selling a house for an estate and a very non cooperative occupant. There were tons of hurdles we had to go through to get the house listed, find a buyer and get the house sold. Any other realtor would have walked away from our very difficult situation but, Thomas stayed with us and assisited in every challenge. He was always very calm and patient, very responsive and always puts ALL his clients frist, while handle other clients. Thomas was our 3rd realtor and I can say he was our very best choice. The most helpful quality of Laura was her flexibility in staying in the home during few showings, appraisal and home inspection to ensure all visitors kept their masks on during this pandemic. Initially, she also recognized the unique workmanship and value of the home, although that changed with low-ball offer by an agent and cost us an additional $1500 to unnecessarily replace a door. Unfortunately, once we had a signed offer, backup offers were prevented because of Zillow and Realtor.com problems that lasted weeks. Overall, grateful, and happy Laura was able to get our House sold in about 7 weeks from listing.

Mr. Kersey was very professional in helping us sell our property on Hilton Head Island, beginning to end. He assisted us in identifying a fair market price by providing specific comparison information. Pros and cons of a listing price were clearly discussed. The timeline, once established, was adhered to professionally. Once an offer was made that was acceptable to us, Mr. Kersey recommended a lawyer for closing as we live out of state and the law firm worked closely with us for a successful completion. The buyer wanted to settle by 12/31/2020 and this was achieved with minimal stress. Mr. Kersey was very responsive to our phone calls. When it came time for my husband and I to list our home for sale in The Haven, we researched all possible options available to us and even inquired with a few consumer advocacy groups to find the best fit for us. We noticed that Thomas Kersey kept coming up in our results as the top choice. After carefully interviewing agents, we decided to meet with Mr. Kersey, who from the first phone call and appointment was very polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the market and the process. We felt very comfortable with him and really liked the fact that he is young, energetic and very much a "go getter" that will tirelessly work to sell your home. We felt that his listing presentation and understanding of our needs was by far the best we had seen and in our opinion recommended the most ideal list price. He immediately had our home professionally photographed and marketed with some of the best pictures I could have imagined of our home, the photography he uses could easily make a seller fall in love with their home all over again but for us, we knew we have to move on with our life. After having one failed contract during the process, he very quickly got our home back on the market and had us a better offer in no time. While he was out of town for his own wedding and honeymoon, he was able to negotiate our second offer to result in a full price contract, an ideal closing date, and got us closed with ease. While I could continue writing about Mr. Kersey, I will simply say that you would be doing a disservice to yourself and your home not to hire Thomas as your agent. He is one of the best agents we have ever had and we have moved quite a bit in our lifetime.
