Thomas was very knowledgeable of the area and surrounding towns, providing key insight on what would be best for our family's needs. As first time home buyers, this was extremely beneficial, as we were coming from a different state with very little knowledge of the area. Okay ... so this has been a long time coming! We recently purchased a Villa on Hilton Head Island which we LOVE! John Fee was our Realtor and he was absolutely amazing in helping us finding the perfect place for us! We have dreamed of owning a place in HHI for years. We had lots of wants and our standards were pretty high for the amount we wanted to spend. John never got frustrated with us and showed us lots of properties, continuing to tweak our search until we found just what we wanted! His knowledge of the area and especially the home buying process in Hilton Head (Which is quite different from where we came from) was invaluable. John was fantastic and went out of his way often times when it wasn't convenient for him to make sure the property was ready to be shown. He was there for deliveries and repairs when we couldn't be due to being out of town. John is super friendly and a positive person. When I would get frustrated with the process, he was calm and supportive. Hire him!
