She listed the house at a reasonable price, because she knew the type of buyer that would be the one to purchase it. And guess what, that type of buyer purchased our home. Not only that but Nikki wasn’t all business, she cared about us as well. We aren’t in the market to purchase right now, but when we are we are contacting her again and sending anyone we know in need her way.

This is the second time I have used Amy in the last two years. The first time was to buy my home and the second was to sell that same one as I recently got married and we didn't need two houses! She worked so hard to ensure that I was happy with the selling price and to get me the price I wanted when it came time to negotiate. She had professional photos taken and went above and beyond to address the small details when showing the home such as putting dish towels and the dish sponge away. I could not be happier with the services she provided and should I ever need to buy or sell another home, I will for sure call on her again. We looked for a commercial building on our own for almost 2 years and we always came up short on our private search. Mundy had recently sold a property for my parents with great ease and success so I reached out to him and explained what we were attempting to accomplish. He immediately interpreted our needs and price point and wasted no time going to work. Within a month he came back with the perfect location! He assisted from day one in a complex deal that kept evolving on the back end. Mundy not only helped us navigate the purchase contract and inspections but he went above and beyond when my own bank was dropping the ball on processing paperwork. He was able to keep the seller calm and engaged in the process. The deal went beyond the closing contract guarantee date and without mundy I wholeheartedly believe I would have lost our deposit. The bank simply could not perform in the time they said they could and we needed Mundy to be the voice of reason for both sides of the transaction. I cannot express how grateful I am that he was with us during that transaction. Ultimately we closed, later than expected, and we have a fully operating massively successful location for our team. I have since referred Mundy to my family and friends and watched him help them in their transactions. Mundy is honest and hard working. He is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend him as an agent and will not use any other.
