Even though she was out of town, she arranged for the photographer, had the lock box installed, did the market research and our house listed within a few days. With Rachel’s extensive market research, we were able to list the house for $10,000 more than we thought. Within 2 days of listing, we had multiple offers at asking price and above. Rachel was on top of the whole process of purchasing our home. It was a little more unusual as our home was a FSBO. We were so glad to have Rachel negotiating with the owner than having to do that ourselves. Rachel was on top of the whole process from the offer, the inspection requiring more negotiation, the appraisal requiring further negotiations and the closing. Rachel communicated with us every step of the way. She is very responsive. Her years of experience showed in her negotiation skills. Rachel was always on time and professional in her dealings.
