I had a great time with Barb finding my new home. Although she was not familiar with where I wanted to purchase, she dug in and did her homework, and off we went. When we went looking at homes, I loved the way she assessed the condition of the home and pointed out things I had not considered. Once I found the home I wanted, Barb was knowledgeable regarding the offer and the comps in the area. Barb's recommendation for the mortgage broker was excellent. I was extremely happy with Success Mortgage Partners. Their system was completely automated, making the process simple. Above all, Barb was always timely with all processes and kept constant communications and updates. She has an amazing calmness about her, which I really appreciated during some moments I was not so calm:) I would absolutely recommend Barb to anyone in search of a realtor. She will not disappoint.

Billie-Jo was my real estate agent as a first time home buyer. Billie-Jo was there for me every step of the way, even helping me from several states away. I came to look at houses for a week and Billie-Jo had some great ones lined up to look at. She made the process fun and communicated with me to keep me in the loop and answered any questions. She knows so many folks and businesses in the area that can help you get any extra things taken care of. My home inspector, who works with a lot of realtors, told me that she is one of very few he would hire - to me that says a whole lot. Cannot recommend Billie-Jo enough!!
