Jawad is amazing. He helped my boyfriend and I find our first house and made the whole process so much smoother. He's extremely knowledgeable and loves negotiating to make sure we get the best deal, and it really shows! We started working with Jawad with our home search in spring, then got the keys mid-summer. Always efficient and considerate, he found ways to make time for calls and replied to emails even outside of typical hours we'd work with him. The times he was out, there was always a contact or two provided for any questions/concerns before he'd get back so we always had somebody to help us. You want to get a house and not get screwed overpaying? This is the agent to talk to 100%. Whenever we buy our next house, I don't want to work with anyone else.
