They just don't come any better than Randy Cannon. Randy took the stress out of selling and buying our home. He always put our needs before anything else and he fought for us when it was time to negotiate. He has extensive knowledge and always offers great advice. He will make sure you and your family are taken care of. You will not be disappointed with Randy!

Julie is one of a kind! Her attention to detail, willingness to answer any and all questions, knowledgeability of the market, follow-up throughout the process with lenders/other agents/title companies and unparalleled genuine care for her clients make her the GOAT. If you are looking for a realtor who will make sure your house sells quickly and for a competitive price -or- looking to buy without having to spend hours and hours on zillow yourself, she is your person! She will tailor the listings found exactly to your desires, even going so far as to look at properties in person before wasting your time touring something that isn’t a good fit for your needs/wants. After working with her for years, it’s easy to see why she has become like a part of our family - she CARES! In a world where people are trying to do the least amount of work for a payout, she is the exception. Just work with her; you will not regret your decision!
