100% recommend using Mr. Fayiz as your realtor. We had an excellent experience and he helped us navigate through all facets of the home buying process. This was our first home so we were very naive and ignorant of the process but he made it extremely smooth and pleasant experience. Jawad is very knowledgeable of the local market, extremely responsive, available and not pushy at all. He has all the qualities we hoped for in a realtor and will be using him again for any future transactions.

Debbie helped us (buyers) with follow through while she represented the seller. Since we are out of state buyers she took videos of the property for us and helped with being there at time of inspection and ensuring that transactions and HOA approvals (a major hassle) got done in time for closing. I would, without question, do business with Debbie if I was buying or selling a property!! Thank you Debbie!!

I can't overstate the diligence, professionalism and tireless effort Bob exhibited in bringing the sale of our home to a very successful close. His communication with us was outstanding, and he was with us every step of the way to ensure we received the best offer for our property. His experience and attention to detail guided us through a constantly volatile real estate market to very sucessful outcome. Thank you Bob, you certainly earned your five star rating.

I filled out an online search looking for a condo by the water and Kym calls within minutes from out of town on vacation on a Sunday no less! The rest is history as she diligently scoured listings, promptly replied to my incessant texts, compassionately listened to my daily whining and kept me informed about all my options, finally walking me straight into my water view dream home and within hours the seller had signed the contract, sealed and done! ALL MINE! In the current real estate market where listings are getting snatched up in a day you want a savvy, on top of things realtor and Kym is just that! She obviously loves what she does because she is SO good at it! She reached out to remind me of every date, document and deadline from contract to closing. She made my vision her mission and I am ever so grateful for her skill, ambition, drive and fortitude. Forget the rest, do business with the best!

We finally decided to sell our house in FL, but we live out-of-state, so it was very difficult for us and we didn’t know where to start. The Savas Group quickly put us at ease and made the whole process simple and easy to understand. Alecia and Chris have extensive knowledge of the market and they provided good advice about whether we should remodel some rooms in the home for a higher asking price or to sell as is, which we opted to do. Their insight about how to sell the contents of the house was also extremely valuable to us and we don’t know what we would have done without them. The whole process was stress-free because we were in such good hands. As soon as the house went on the market, we received multiple offers and the house was sold within a few weeks. Alecia and Chris were professional throughout the entire process, extremely friendly and quick to answer our questions. They are very thorough and easy to work with. We would highly recommend The Savas Group to anyone. Thank you, Alecia and Chris!

Go nowhere else but to Julie. Extremely professional and personable. She and her team worked hard for me even in times of sad personal anguish. Julie kept my desires above her own, as well as those of a major corporation (my buyers). She was tenacious and kept the buyers on track despite their attempt to drag their feet. I would highly recommend Julie Sartain for ANY real estate transaction. Thank you Julie,
