Neyshika was absolutely great. Not only were we selling one home and looking for another, but we also wanted to have an estate sale and take our annual two week vacation. Neyshika coordinated everything and communicated timely. She was extremely knowledgeable on all processes related to the field. She plotted out a time line, gave us a short list of things we needed to do to maximize $ our home, gave us date options on when best to have the estate sale, gave date to list our home. In turn, we gave her the list of criteria for our new home: neighborhood, square footage, amenities, etc. Neyshika did her homework and kept us on track: we had the estate sale, completed our to do list, put home on market 3 days before vacation and accepted offer 5 days into our vacation.
